Megan and Mike got married at the Arboretum at Flagstaff, one of my favorite places to photograph a Flagstaff wedding celebration. The Arboretum is a special place tucked away down a bumpy dirt road. Even if you live in Flagstaff it's kind of a destination wedding. Megan and Mike are outdoorsy folks, so the Arb was a fantastic wedding venue choice. Their wedding celebration was perfectly them - simple and down to earth - surrounded by friends and family. After the ceremony, the clouds gathered and rain fell to the ground for 45 minutes or so. Not uncommon for a July mountain wedding. It was a little dramatic and refreshing. The rain eventually stopped and allowed for rad blue hour photos. After heartfelt toasts and a fantastic meal under a warmly lit tent amid the trees, everybody danced and laughed into the night. Beautiful! Enjoy!
