Sometimes weddings take months and months to plan. And sometimes they don’t. But whatever way they come together, there is usually a whole lot of love that goes into the preparations. Totally the case with Katie and Billy’s wedding in the Zane Grey Ballroom at the Weatherford Hotel in the the heart of downtown Flagstaff. Billy proposed at the end of December and the two decided to get married before moving to Japan where Billy will be stationed. You would never know Katie and Billy’s wedding came together so quickly. It was beautiful and intimate with close family and friends celebrating the commitment, beautiful details and a ceremony filled with laughter and tears. The Weatherford is full of character. Perfect for Katie and Billy. Definitely some Texas in the house! The preparation, portraits, ceremony and dinner and dancing all took place under one roof on the top two floors of the hotel. Katie’s dad even put together a slide show of the bride and groom that did not disappoint. Fun stuff. The outpouring of support from their friends and family during the toasts was incredible. I’ll admit it, I got a little emotional. Congrats Katie and Billy! Enjoy!
